    Unique hotel with fantastic view at sunset, lovely restaurant. Perfect and very special location just close to a vibrant and elegant square. Great christmas in this shopping area.

    Exclusive rooftop terrace, Artful and historic decor, Amazing views

    A hotel of this caliber should have better maintenance of fitness equipment!!! The plumbing issues, especially the lack of hot water, really detracted from my comfort !!!

    Friendliness of staff and view from hotel

    Air condition and heating did not seem to work properly. For the night, my wife was looking for an extra blanket or would have preferred a down blanket.

    Good location, a lot of comfort and luxury, but really too pricey. price/quality ratio is missing.

    Breakfast 33€ per person but was very short. For even simple extras (fried egg, Parma ham...) you had to pay extra. Should be included for this price.

    Who knew? Not me!

    This hotel provides a amazing experience with its perfect location atop the Spanish Steps. The rooms are elegantly decorated, and the staff goes above and beyond. I indulged in delicious breakfasts and enjoyed fine views from the rooftop terrace. A few minor hiccups marred the experience, but the luxurious ambiance more than compensated for them.

    Just an optimal selection for a quick weekend visit in Rome with fantastic value for money. My husband enjoyed a cigar on the balcony while we sipped cocktails, a nice touch. Make sure to check out the rooftop restaurant for fine views.

    Good location spanish steps just in front of hotel shops very much in vicinity nice room decors concierge staff very helpful

    Guides be careful as they will charge you hourly basis which one might not know breakfast selection not very good, lift is so small like one toy no gymnasium or swimming pool choice of restaurants suggested by conceirge not really worth taxis from hotel damn expensive
